Zam Zam Air Travels

Our shop is right at the Aluva Bypass Junction, near Hotel Periyar. It’s a very busy spot because of the NH Bypass and the Aluva Bazar being right there. Zam Zam Air Travels is located at 20/37 I. You can't miss the junction because there’s always people and cars moving around at all hours. We deal mostly with flight bookings and travel papers for people. The office is small and usually has a few people waiting around or asking questions. We’ve been here in Aluva for quite some time now. It gets quite loud with the buses and trucks going past the junction, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s a practical place for a travel business because everyone knows where the bypass is. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us handling the tickets and making sure everything is correct for the passengers. Mistakes in travel are a big headache, so we spend a lot of time double-checking names and dates on the screen. Ernakulam is a hub for people going abroad, especially from around the Aluva area. We see a lot of families coming in together to sort out trips for their relatives. We don't do much in the way of advertising our services. Usually, it's just someone telling their neighbor about us. We keep our files organized as best as we can in the small space we have. It’s just a regular day-to-day business at a very busy crossroads.
