Sree Durga Tours and Travels is run out of our place at Edampadath House in Chalikkavattom. We are very close to the Chalikkavattom Junction in Vennala. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the city center, which is nice. Since we are based here, we mostly help the local community with their travel needs, like hiring a car for a wedding or a trip to the temple. It’s a very informal setup. You can just walk in and we’ll see what we have available for the dates you need. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning and sleek furniture. It’s just a room in the house where we keep the records and the keys. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time, so we know most of the people around here. It’s a small-scale business, and we handle everything ourselves. If the phone rings late in the evening, we usually answer it because the office is right here. We don't have a lot of staff, so when you talk to us, you’re talking to the people who actually do the work. It’s straightforward and there’s no corporate talk. We just provide a service to the people around Vennala and try to make sure the vehicles are ready when they are needed. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we manage. It’s just how we’ve always done things here. We prefer the personal touch of a home-run business.
