If you are looking for us, we are in the Tharakan Building, number 39/4807, right on MG Road. It is a very busy street, as anyone who lives around here knows. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people walking by. Inside our office, it is a bit quieter, filled with travel posters and stacks of papers. We spend our days looking at computer screens trying to find the best routes for people who want to go on holiday or just visit family in another city. It is a lot of work with bookings and keeping track of bus schedules and flight times. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes. People come in with all sorts of questions about passports or where to stay, and we do our best to give them a straight answer based on what we have seen. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks when the phones stop ringing for a minute. MG Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. We aren't a giant corporation, just a few people who like helping others plan their trips. It can be stressful when a flight gets canceled, but we just sit down and try to fix it. We have been in this building for a while now and we know all the other tenants on our floor.
