We are located right in the middle of the action at the Kaloor Bus Stand Building. If you’ve ever been to Kaloor in Kochi, you know it is almost never quiet. There are buses coming and going at all hours, and the noise definitely makes its way into our office at 36/1991. It’s an older building, and our office space has a very lived-in feel to it. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make the most of the space we have. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we just get on with our tasks without much fuss. It isn't a fancy tech hub with lounge areas or games; it’s just a room with computers and people trying to solve problems. We actually get the occasional person walking in asking for bus timings because of where we are. We have to explain that we just do tech work here. The ceiling fans hum all day to keep the air moving, which is necessary in this heat. For lunch, we usually grab something from the stalls downstairs in the bus stand area. It is a very grounded and unpretentious way to work. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just handle the technical side of things and try to keep up with our daily schedule. The location is very convenient for travel, even if it is a bit loud during the peak hours of the day.
