Futuronics Technology

Our shop, Futuronics Technology, is in the J K Arcade building, which is right across from the Kerala State Warehouse Corporation in Eroor North. It’s a handy location for us because of all the activity around the warehouse. The office is usually filled with the smell of solder and the sound of cooling fans from various gadgets we are working on. We have shelves filled with electronic components, circuit boards, and wires of all different colors. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our work involves figuring out why a piece of technology isn't doing what it should. It’s a lot of sitting at a workbench with a magnifying glass and a multimeter. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. People mostly come to us when they have a technical problem that needs fixing or when they need a specific electronic part. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the bright lamps over our work areas. The traffic on the road outside can be loud, but we usually have some music playing in the background to keep us focused. It’s just a small group of us here who enjoy the challenge of making things work again. We take things as they come and try to get the repairs done without too much fuss.
