Vista Travel Solutions is located in the Sapthagiri Building on R Madhavan Nair Road. We’re just off the main MG Road in Kochi, which is a convenient spot for most folks in Ernakulam. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we get all the work done. We handle a lot of different travel requests every day. Some people want a simple train ticket and others are looking for a whole package for their family. We don't have a script we follow; we just talk to whoever walks in and see what they need. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve been at this location for a good while, so we know the neighborhood and the people around here quite well. The work involves a lot of looking at screens and making sure the numbers add up. Travel can be expensive, so we try to find options that don't cost more than they should. We don't use big marketing words because that’s not who we are. We’re just a small group of people who understand how to navigate the travel industry. If there’s a problem with a booking, we stay late to try and get it sorted. That’s just part of the job. We like being on R Madhavan Nair Road because it feels like the heart of the city. We’re just here to help with the travel stuff and we try to be as helpful as we can.
