Vijaya Tours & Travels is located right at Kottalkanal Junction on Lissy Road. We’ve been in this part of Cochin for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets of Ernakulam change quite a bit over those years. Our office is a simple spot where we handle all the travel and tour requests that come our way. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just focus on getting the work done for the people who walk through our door. Being near Lissy Road means we’re in a fairly busy area, with people constantly passing by on their way to work or the shops. We spend our days mostly on the computer or the phone, trying to sort out itineraries and tickets. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes things get a bit confusing with changing schedules, but we just keep at it until it’s fixed. We don't try to sound like a big international corporation because we aren't. We're a local business where you can actually sit down and talk to the person who is handling your booking. It’s a lot better than dealing with an automated system.
