Vidharan Radh (Opc) Private Limited

Our place is over at S R Nivas in Peeniyode, which is part of the Parasuvaikal area in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s actually Vivek S R’s place, and we’ve set up our workspace there for Vidharan Radh. Since it’s a residence, it has a very homey feel to it. You won't find any big company signs or glass walls here. We just have our desks in a quiet room and spend our hours working through whatever projects need doing. Being a small operation means we handle everything ourselves. There’s no secretary or big management layer to deal with. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If there’s a problem with the equipment, we fix it ourselves. We like the independence of working this way. Peeniyode is a decent area to be in—it’s out of the main city rush but still close enough that we don't feel completely isolated. Most days are pretty much the same for us. We start in the morning, brew some coffee or tea, and get to work. We talk about the projects we have going on and try to make some progress every day. It’s not a fast-paced environment where everyone is stressed out. We prefer to take things at a steady speed and make sure we aren't making mistakes.
