Our office, Trinity Global Tours And Travels, is on the first floor of the Njk Building. We are right on SA Road in Valanjambalam, very close to Medical Trust Hospital. It’s a busy part of Ernakulam, so there is always something going on outside. We spend our days helping people plan their travels, whether it’s for a holiday or just a trip back home. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here, working through the bookings one by one. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of people want to travel at the same time, like during festivals or school breaks. We try to keep things organized so no one misses a flight or a hotel check-in. The building is easy to spot once you're near the hospital. We’ve had people coming to us for years because they know where to find us and they know we’ll give them a straight answer about prices and times. We don't do anything too complicated. We just listen to what you need and then use our systems to book it. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in international travel especially, so we spend a lot of time double-checking names and dates. It's a job that requires a lot of patience, but we’re used to it by now. We’re just a local team doing our best in the middle of Valanjambalam. We stay busy with the phones and the computer, making sure things are sorted.
