Travelougue Holidays is just a small office here on P J Antony Road. We’ve been in Palarivattam for a while now. Most days start with turning on the computers and making some tea before the first phone call comes in. It’s a busy spot in Kochi, especially when the traffic picks up outside on the main road. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of papers stacked up. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules or trying to figure out bus timings for people. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. It gets pretty humid in the afternoons here in Ernakulam, so the fan is always running. We have our regulars who drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a visa. It’s mostly just us sitting here, checking emails and making sure everything is sorted for whoever is travelling next. We don't really have big posters or anything, just the usual calendars on the wall. It’s a simple setup. We deal with a lot of local folks and some people from further out who find us through word of mouth. Every day is different, but usually, it involves a lot of typing and talking on the phone until it's time to lock up.
