We’ve been running Textel Technologies from Layam Road in Tripunithura for several years now. It’s a nice part of town, though the traffic on Layam Road can be a bit of a headache during the morning and evening rush. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a basic setup with some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We try to keep things tidy, but when you’re dealing with technology, there’s always something that needs to be plugged in or tested. The building itself has some character, and we’ve made our space as comfortable as we can. We don't have a big staff, so it’s usually just the same few faces every day. We’ve known some of our clients for so long that they feel more like neighbors. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their tech problems and try to keep things running smoothly. There’s a small break area in the back where we have a kettle and some biscuits, which is where most of our brainstorming happens, if you can even call it that. Usually, it’s just us talking about how to fix a specific issue or planning out the next day. Being here in Tripunithura feels right for us. It’s an honest place to do honest work, and we don’t feel the need to pretend to be something we aren't.
