Systems & Divices

We are over in Ravipuram, right on MG Road. Systems & Divices is situated near the Mercy Hotel, which most people use as a reference point when they are trying to find our shop. This part of Perumannur is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it all. We work with all kinds of electronic systems and devices, which is how we got our name. The shop itself isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack things on the shelves. It is mostly just a workspace with a small counter for customers to stand at. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and fiddling with small components that need fixing. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of patience, which we have developed over many years of doing this. We started this place because we liked figuring out how things worked. Now, it is a full-time job that keeps us busy from morning until we close at night. We do not have a big corporate structure or a human resources department to handle things. If there is a problem, we just talk it out among ourselves and fix it. Most of our customers are locals who appreciate that we do not use a lot of technical jargon they cannot understand. We just tell them what is wrong and what we can do about it. It is a simple way to run a business.
