We are based in Palarivattom, which is a pretty central part of Ernakulam. Our office is a simple one. We didn't see the point in spending a lot of money on a flashy office when the work is what matters. We provide various solutions for people who come to us. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of desks and some computers. We’ve been here for a few years now. The neighborhood is busy, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. We usually start our day with a tea and a quick look at what needs to be done. There’s no big corporate structure here. If you call, you’re going to talk to one of us directly. We like it that way. It keeps things honest and personal. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to help out the people who walk through our door. Sometimes the internet goes out or the power cuts, and we just deal with it like everyone else around here. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people at the nearby shops and the food stalls. It feels like a real community. We just focus on doing a decent job every day. That’s enough for us. We don't need a lot of praise, we just want to get through the list of tasks. It's a quiet life in Palarivattom for us.
