We’ve been here at Anand Bazar on the first floor for a while now. If you know the South Railway Station Road in Kochi, you know how busy it gets around here. It's always noisy with the trains and people rushing back and forth. We are just right there, near the station entrance, which makes it easy for folks coming off the trains to find us. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we handle travel stuff every day. Some days the traffic on Chittoor Road is a total mess, and you can hear the horns all the way up here in the office. We usually start our mornings by opening up the shutters and getting the fans going before the heat really kicks in. People stop by asking about bus timings or train schedules all the time. Being in Ernakulam 16 has its ups and downs with the crowds, but it’s home for us. We just sit here, drink our tea, and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going on. You have to walk up the stairs since we are on the first floor, but it’s not too bad. Most people find us because of the big sign outside. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. That’s just how we do things here in the city. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy every single day.
