South Side Holidays Tours & Travels

We are over at No.41/1492 in the Amal Complex on Karakkattu Road. It is on the Pulleppady Cross Road in Ernakulam. If you know where the Chavara Cultural Centre is, we are right near there. We have been running South Side Holidays for a while now. We handle all kinds of tours and travel stuff. It is just a local shop, nothing too fancy. We don't have a big team of marketing people. It is just us in the office, dealing with the daily bookings and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when everyone wants to travel at once, like during the holiday seasons. Other times, it is quiet and we just catch up on paperwork and filing. The Amal Complex is a decent place to work from. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. We try to be helpful and give people the right information about their trips. We don't like to overcomplicate things with sales talk. We just look at the schedules, find a price that works, and get the tickets printed out. It is a very direct way of doing things. We have a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we aren't going to give them a pitch. We just do the work and make sure they get where they need to go without any trouble.
