Softsettle Support Private Limited

Softsettle Support Private Limited is based out of Mangalath House over in Panampilly Nagar. We are on the first floor. If you know Kochi, you know this part of town gets quite a lot of traffic during the day. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we deal with support tasks. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cables everywhere. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in Ernakulam for a while now. Most of the staff here have been with us since we started. We don't really have a front desk person, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door usually says hello. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just helping people out with their technical problems or whatever support they need from us. The building is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you're not used to them. We like being in this part of Kochi because there are good places to eat lunch nearby. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to do our jobs properly and get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but we try to get out on time to avoid the worst traffic.
