Smartmatrix Global Technologies is based in the Vadakkedath Building. We are in Kedamangalam, which is part of North Paravur in Ernakulam. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Cochin city, but we like it that way. It’s a lot quieter here, and we can actually hear ourselves think. The building is a solid, older one, and our office is just a simple room with our computers and some basic furniture. We aren't trying to look like a high-tech startup from a movie. We’re just regular people doing technology work. North Paravur is a nice area with a lot of local shops. We usually go out for a walk during lunch to clear our heads. We’ve been here for a while now and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit. Our work is mostly technical stuff that takes a lot of concentration. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that on the walls. We just have our to-do lists and our coffee mugs. The pin code is 683513. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients find us because someone they know told them about us. It’s a very simple, honest way to run things. We just come in, do the best we can with the tasks we have, and then head home at the end of the day. It’s a good life.
