Sinergia Media Labs Private Limited

Sinergia Media Labs is located in Villa No 25 at Mather Leisure Vilas, which is part of the Rajagiri Valley in Kakkanad. Kakkanad is known for being the tech hub of Kochi, but our setup is a bit different because we are in a villa complex. It makes for a much calmer atmosphere than being in a big high-rise building. We have the whole villa to ourselves, so we’ve turned the different rooms into workspaces for our media and lab projects. Trikkakara is a nice area, and being in the valley means we get a bit of greenery around us while we work. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like one of those stiff corporate entities. We are mostly just a bunch of people who enjoy working on media tech and seeing how things come together. The kitchen in the villa is where we spend a lot of time talking about our projects over tea. It is a relaxed environment, but we still put in the hours to make sure everything we do is solid. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy posters on the walls; we just have our equipment and each other. It’s a practical way to run a tech lab, and the quiet location helps us focus on the more difficult parts of our jobs. Most days it just feels like working from home but with a full team around you.
