Shadowminds Private Limited

We are based out of the Eruppakkottil house in Pallikara, which is part of Kunnathunad in Ernakulam. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Ernakulam city, but it’s where we’ve set things up, care of Shafeek E.B. The atmosphere here is a lot quieter than the industrial parts of the district. At Shadowminds, we mostly deal with digital stuff, so as long as we have a decent connection and our laptops, we can get things done. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building. It feels more like a home office because that’s basically what it is. We start our day with a bit of planning and then just dive into whatever needs finishing. Sometimes we get distracted by stuff happening in the village or the weather, but we usually stay on track. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy working on projects together. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes and that the people we work for are happy with the results. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working, and that's how we like it. We usually wrap up in the evening and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. Just people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Kerala.
