You can find our office in Ravipuram, right on the main M G Road in Kochi. It is a very central spot, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We have been working from this Ernakulam address for some time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have the usual desks, some computers that sometimes act up, and enough chairs for whoever comes in to see us. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a local travel office where we help people with their trips. Some people want to go abroad while others are just looking for a way to get to the next state. We handle it all without making a big deal out of it. M G Road is usually packed with cars and buses, so it can be a bit noisy. Inside, we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just speak plainly to our customers. If a flight is full, we tell them it's full. If we can find a better way, we do that. It’s a very honest way of working. The building is older, but it stays cool enough. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this vantage point. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. It’s a good, steady rhythm that we have grown used to over the years.
