Rengithbalachandran

Rengithbalachandran is based at Nedumpurath House in Kodakara. This is down in the Thrissur district of Kerala. If you know this area, you know how green it is, especially when the monsoon hits. The house is where everything happens. It isn't an office building with a reception desk or a security guard. It’s just a home that we use for our work. We have a couple of desks set up in the front room where we spend most of our hours. The atmosphere is very relaxed. You can hear the birds outside and sometimes the neighbors' kids playing. It is a far cry from the noisy cities. Rengith handles most of the main tasks while the rest of us fill in the gaps. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We wear what is comfortable for the weather. Sometimes the rain is so loud on the roof that we have to stop talking for a minute. We like it this way though. It feels more real than sitting in a glass box somewhere. We don't have a website with a lot of big promises or anything like that. We just talk to people directly and do what we said we would do. It is a simple life in Kodakara and we wouldn't have it any other way. The work gets done and we are happy with that, keeping things moving along at our own pace.
