Our office is a bit different because it’s located at C/O George Mathew, Door No. 12/135 in Puliyamthottiyil. Quantitas Technologies Private Limited is our name, and we are based out of Cheeranchira P.O. It is a very residential area, not a commercial hub. This means it’s mostly quiet, except for the occasional sound of birds or the neighbors going about their day. We work out of a converted space that feels more like a home than an office. There are no cubicles here, just some sturdy tables and a few bookshelves. We keep our operations pretty lean. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything that would make us stand out in the neighborhood. It’s a very local Kerala setting. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical issues of working in a small town, like slow mail delivery or internet glitches during the monsoon rains. But we like it this way. It’s a relaxed environment where we can actually think. We don't have a big HR department or a complex management structure. We just talk to each other and get things moving. The address might seem a bit specific with the house name and door number, but that’s just how things are addressed here. We’ve grown accustomed to this pace of life. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business without all the unnecessary corporate fluff that you see in the big cities.
