We set up Pratnya Solutions (Opc) Private Limited in a place called Goodearth Aangan on Thuthiyur Road. This is in Kakkanad, which everyone knows is the main spot for tech in Kochi, but our specific corner is actually quite peaceful. We’re at number 12, and it feels more like a home than a strict office. That’s because it’s a residential-style setup, which we prefer over those massive towers at InfoPark. We don't have a lobby or a security guard at the front desk. When you come here, you just find us working in a regular room with our laptops. It’s a quiet atmosphere, which is good for focusing. We spend our days mostly writing code or talking to people on the phone about their requirements. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Ernakulam. We just want to do good work from our little spot on Thuthiyur Road. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen and take turns bringing in snacks. It’s a relaxed way to work, even when we have a lot on our plates. There’s no corporate dress code or fancy titles here. We’re just a small team putting in the hours and making sure the jobs get finished. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that’s exactly how we like it. We have been here for a while and plan to stay for much longer.
