Pegaone Software Solutions (India) Private Limited

Pegaone Software Solutions is run out of Pulikkan House in Kalamuri. This is in Kaipamangalam, which is part of Thrissur. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it's a quiet place to work. We don't have a big glass office building. It’s more of a traditional setup. We do software work, mostly coding and fixing bugs for various projects. The 680681 area is where we are settled. It’s a bit different from the city life in Kochi or Calicut. We like the pace here. Sometimes it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking all afternoon. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. Just come in and do the work. The neighbors are friendly and we see the same people every day. We aren't a giant corporation, just a private limited company making its way. Thrissur is known for its culture, and we try to keep that local feel in how we talk and work. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to make sure the software we build actually works for the people using it. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We usually wrap up as the sun goes down and head home. It is quiet here at night. We've been doing this for several years now and it's worked out okay for us. Our desks are a bit cluttered with old coffee mugs and notes.
