Passionbytes Private Limited is tucked away at 50/1523, Lekshmy Nivas in Edappally North. Being in Ernakulam, we are right in the middle of everything, but our specific street is actually quite calm. The office is in a building called Lekshmy Nivas. It’s a straightforward place without any of those modern office gimmicks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have desks, chairs, and our computers. We’ve always preferred it this way. It feels more like a real workplace. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of trust among the staff. We don't do formal performance reviews or big speeches. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it until it’s fixed. Edappally is a great place to be because everything you need is right there, from good food to supplies. We often go out for a quick bite together when we have the time. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but it’s a good kind of noise. It means things are happening. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small team in a local building, doing our daily jobs. We like being practical and not wasting time on things that don't matter. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time and just keep doing what we do for the foreseeable future.
