Paradox Evolutions Private Limited is based out of Panavelil House. The address is C C 11/720 in Kazhuthumuttu, Thoppumpady. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right in the middle of Ernakulam. We like it that way. The office is essentially part of a house, which gives it a very personal feel. You won't find any glass partitions or shiny elevators here. We have a few rooms set up with our gear, and that’s about it. Most of us walk or bike to work if the weather is okay. Thoppumpady has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone making tea or sorting through a stack of papers in the front room. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do keep busy. Sometimes we get distracted by the neighbors or the dogs on the street, but we always get the work finished. We prefer to keep things straightforward. No fancy titles or complicated rules. It’s just a group of people working together in a house that happens to be an office. We enjoy being part of the local community. It feels more real than being stuck in a high-rise somewhere. We’re just a small company doing our best with what we have. It’s not always a smooth process, but we like being here and doing our thing every day without fail.
