You’ll find us at Krishnapriya House, which is house number 35/315 in Edappally. It’s located right in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. Edappally is a busy hub, but our house is just far enough from the main road to avoid the worst of the traffic noise. The building is a traditional-looking house that has been modified a bit to fit an office setup. We use the main living areas for our desks and have turned one of the bedrooms into a small storage space. The floors are tiled and always feel a bit cool, which is nice during the hotter months. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our lunch. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. There are stacks of folders on some of the tables and the occasional stray coffee mug. We like it this way because it feels more like a real place to work. The windows look out onto a small yard with a few plants. Sometimes we see the neighborhood cats wandering through. We aren't big on formal processes; we just talk to each other and get things done. It’s a steady routine for us here at Krishnapriya House, and we’ve become a part of the local scene over the years. We usually start our day early to catch the best light and finish up before the evening rush becomes too much.
