Omega Travel & Tourist Agency is based in the Harini Building on Warriam Road. We are quite close to the Pallimuku Junction in Ernakulam, which is a landmark most locals know. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have a couple of desks that have seen better days and some chairs for visitors to sit in while we look things up. Warriam Road can get pretty jammed with cars during the morning rush, so we usually hear a lot of honking while we work. We spend our time looking at various tour packages and trying to find the best way for people to get around. It’s a lot of looking at maps and calendars. The walls have some old posters of places we’ve sent people to over the years. We’re in the 682016 area, and it feels like a very traditional part of the city. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard tools to get the jobs done. Usually, the office smells like the incense we light in the morning. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know each other well. We handle everything from basic ticket bookings to more involved travel arrangements. It’s just honest work, and we try to get it done as efficiently as we can given the tools we have. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by for a quick chat.
