Nhims Solutions India Private Limited is situated on Ashramam Road at a place called Aiswarya in Kalady. It’s in the Ernakulam district, but Kalady has its own distinct feel, being a bit more historical and slower-paced than the city center. Our office is easy enough to find once you are on the right road. The building is named Aiswarya, and we’ve been here for some time now. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, so our office is a manageable size where everyone knows everyone else. We do a lot of solution-based work, which basically means we spend our time solving various problems for our clients and keeping our own operations running smoothly. The office atmosphere is pretty casual. You won’t see many suits around here. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day at the desk. The street outside can get a bit noisy with the local traffic, but we are used to the sounds of the neighborhood by now. We try to keep our workspace organized, though it gets a bit cluttered with papers and cables sometimes. There’s a local spot nearby where we usually go for lunch, and that’s a big part of our daily routine. We don't have any grand corporate plans; we just focus on doing the work that comes in and making sure we stay on top of our responsibilities in this little corner of Kalady. It's just us doing our thing.
