Nexorise Private Limited is based out of TMC/2/450B in the Nakshatra Mourya Villas. Being in Edappally is handy because it’s a central enough spot, though the villa complex itself stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building, which is something we actually like. We’ve got our workspace set up inside, and it fits the team just fine. We spend most of our hours here handling the day-to-day business stuff that keeps everything moving. It isn't always exciting, but it’s our work. Sometimes we walk out to get some fresh air in the common areas of the villas when the weather is nice. The address can be a little tricky for delivery drivers to find the first time, but they usually get the hang of it after a phone call. We keep things pretty low-key. There aren't any big boardrooms or expensive furniture, just the desks and computers we need to get the job done. People often ask why we chose a villa, and really, it just felt like a comfortable place to sit and focus. We try to stay organized with our schedules, though things get a bit messy when we have a lot of projects happening at once. It’s just a small group of us trying to do a decent job with the business. Kochi can be a loud place, so having this little corner in Edappally helps us keep our heads down and work.
