New Agesys Solutions (P) Ltd. is located right at Shenoy’s Junction on Chittoor Road. We’re up on the second floor, at number 41/381. It’s a pretty busy intersection, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic coming up from the street. Being on the second floor helps a bit, but you still feel the energy of the city. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks, chairs, and the usual equipment we need to get through the day. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the layout of the place. It's not one of those modern glass buildings; it’s more of a traditional setup. Most of the people working here have been around for a while, so we all know how each other works. We don't spend a lot of time talking about big visions or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have. Sometimes the power goes out or the air conditioning struggles on a hot day, but we just carry on. Lunch usually means someone heading down to one of the stalls nearby to bring back food for everyone. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't try to be something we're not. We’re just a team working out of an office at a busy junction, trying to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s loud, it’s hectic, but it is where we get things done.
