We've been here at Vembamate House for quite a while now. It is right on Railway Station Road in Tripunithra, so we hear the trains coming and going all day long. Neotec Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small group of us who handle technical stuff and various projects for people and businesses around the area. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really noisy, especially during the morning rush, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are because we are so close to the station. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, new folks find us because someone they know told them to come here. Inside the office, you’ll see mostly desks, a few old computers, and stacks of paperwork that we try to keep organized. It gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but that is just part of the job. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way because it is easier to handle things ourselves. If you drop by, you might see one or two of us having a tea break near the front door. It is a pretty simple operation. We deal with various equipment and parts and spend a lot of time talking to our suppliers on the phone.
