Neebas Travel Care

Neebas Travel Care is based in Jacobs DD Mall, which is right on MG Road. It’s a pretty big building, and we are at No Cc 40/8942 9 D 18. If you’re familiar with the Ernakulam College area, you probably know where Centre Square Mall is; well, we are basically right across from it. MG Road is always a bit chaotic with the traffic and the crowds, so being inside the mall gives us a little bit of a break from all that noise, though it still gets busy. We’ve got a small office here where we handle everything. It’s just a practical space with a few computers and some files scattered around. People stop by after they’ve been shopping or while they’re out running errands in the city. Since we’re right near the college, we see a lot of students walking by too. The office stays pretty cool because of the mall's air conditioning, which is a relief in the Ernakulam heat. We spend our time checking schedules and making calls. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, just regular office work in a central part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we manage. Being opposite Centre Square Mall makes it easy to explain to people how to find us if they get lost. It’s just a standard spot on a very busy street where we do our daily tasks.
