You can find Naadan Kalavara right on the Nh Byepass in the Padivattom area of Palarivattom. Ernakulam is a busy place, and being so close to the highway means we hear the constant sound of cars and trucks going past all day long. Our spot is a simple one, and we try to keep things grounded. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready for the people who stop by. Since we are in the 682025 area, we get a mix of locals from Palarivattom and travelers who are just passing through on the bypass. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that; it’s just the staff here making sure everything is in order. Sometimes we run out of things early, or the day gets a bit more hectic than we planned, but we just deal with it as it comes. The humidity in Ernakulam can be tough, especially in a kitchen, so we just keep the fans running and keep moving. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable stop for anyone who is hungry. The building itself is plain, and we like it that way.
