Ms Air Travels

Our place is on the first floor of the Pullath Business Centre. We are located on M.G Road, specifically near Kurisupally Road in the Ravipuram area of Ernakulam. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a standard office building with several other businesses around. Inside, our office is quite simple. We have the basic stuff like desks, computers, and a few files scattered around. We spend our days booking air tickets and helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly routine work, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Ravipuram is a hectic part of Kochi, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big staff. It's just a couple of us doing the daily work. The office isn't decorated with anything special, maybe just a few travel posters to brighten up the walls a little. We don't use any complicated language or corporate talk. We just listen to what people need and try to find a solution that works for them. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of office. We just show up and do the job as best as we can every day.
