Mj Travels

You can find Mj Travels up on the third floor of our building on MG Road. We’re right across from Mercy Estate in the Ravipuram area. Being on the third floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on ticket bookings. We’ve been in this part of Ernakulam for quite a while now. It’s a busy stretch of road, always something going on outside the window. We spend most of our time at our desks, answering phones and helping people figure out their travel dates. It’s not a complicated operation, just a few of us making sure things get done right. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but we’re always here once you get up. We handle a mix of everything, from short trips to longer journeys. People in the neighborhood know us, and we get a lot of regulars who just prefer talking to someone face-to-face. It’s better than trying to do everything on a phone screen by yourself. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a functional office where we get to work. Dealing with travel plans takes a bit of patience, and we've got plenty of that. If you’re ever near Mercy Estate, just look for our sign and head up. We’re usually around, just keeping the business going and helping out where we can. It is just a regular office for regular travel needs.
