Mindcastle Private Limited

Mindcastle Private Limited is over in Tirur. We are located in a place called Kottakkakath House, which is in the Thekkumuri area of Malappuram. It’s a pretty traditional spot in Kerala. The pin code here is 676105. We don't have a big office building with a shiny sign. Instead, we work out of this house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office. We’ve been here for a while and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. Malappuram is a busy place, but our specific corner in Tirur is okay. We just go about our business every day. There are a few desks, some chairs, and the usual computers. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we have to deal with that, but it's just part of living and working here. We focus on our daily tasks and don't really spend much time thinking about corporate culture or anything like that. We are just a small team trying to make things work from Tirur. Sometimes we go out to the local market for lunch. It’s pretty basic, really. We like it this way because it feels more like a real place than a cold office.
