Merleesys It Solutions is found on K P Vallon Road at house number 1426, known as Kurisingal House. We are right in the Kadavanthra area of Ernakulam, which is usually pretty busy with people moving around. Our office is basically a residential house that we converted into a workspace for our IT projects. It’s not fancy, and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it works for us. We spend most of our time staring at screens and typing away. We don’t really do the whole suit-and-tie thing; usually, it’s just t-shirts and sandals around here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who enjoy working on software and systems. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the desks to fixing the internet when it goes down. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If someone has an idea, we just try it out. We don't have a big sign outside or a polished lobby. Most of our clients just know us by name. It’s a very direct and simple way of doing business. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with all the work that comes our way. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the cables, but it feels like home to us.
