You can find us at Pulleppady Junction, right on Chittoor Road. We’ve been at this spot, No. 40/7701, for many years now. It’s a busy intersection, and there’s always something happening outside our windows. We deal with computer systems. It started out with just basic hardware, but things have changed a lot since we first opened the doors. Now we handle all sorts of tech issues for people and businesses around here. We aren't a flashy startup with bean bags and espresso machines. Our office is full of old monitors, piles of cables, and stacks of paperwork. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We like the grit of being in a real working part of town. When someone has a computer problem, they just walk in and talk to us. We don't have a complicated ticketing system or a call center in another city. It’s just us. We’ve seen the shift from big desktops to everything being on laptops or in the cloud, and we’ve had to learn it all as it happened. Being at Pulleppady Junction means we’re easy to reach for anyone in the city. We just keep our heads down, fix the problems that come our way, and try to stay current with whatever new thing the tech world throws at us. It’s a decent way to spend the day, helping folks get their screens back on and their systems running. We don't make it complicated; we just fix what is broken.
