We’ve been at the Rajasree Motors building for a while now. It's right at Kundanoor Junction on NH-47. Most people around here know us as Manikandan Dunamis Pvt.Ltd., but we don't really stand on ceremony in the office. Maradu is a busy area, and there's always something happening right outside our window. Most of the people working here are locals from around Kochi. We do our work, grab tea nearby, and keep things moving. It's not a fancy office, just a practical space where we handle the daily tasks. Usually, we're busy with paperwork or talking to people on the phone. The weather gets quite humid, so the fans are always on and humming in the background. We started small and just kept going. People know where we are because of the landmark. It's easy to find us if you're coming down the highway. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but that's just how it is in Kerala. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Just a group of people in an office trying to get the job finished. Sometimes we stay late, other times we head out early to beat the rush at the junction. It's a standard routine for us. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops pop up, but the building stays the same. It's home for us during the work week.
