We are based in Shop No. 39/2122-D5 inside Jommer Arcade. It’s right across from the Girls High School on South Chittoor Road in Cochin. Being in this spot means we get a lot of students and parents dropping by. The shop isn't large, but we make sure to have the essentials for computer repairs and sales. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a very casual environment. Wearing uniforms or following a strict corporate script isn't how we do things. We just talk to people like neighbors. Most of the day is spent fixing broken screens, upgrading RAM, or sorting out software issues. The arcade can get a bit loud in the afternoons, but it’s a good place to be. Money doesn't go into big marketing here. We just try to do honest work so people come back next time. Our shelves are usually full of boxes and old parts we keep for spares. It might look a bit disorganized to some, but it’s a working shop. Being the biggest tech company in Cochin isn't our goal. We just like running our own place and helping out the people in our community. If you have a computer problem, you can just pop in and we’ll take a look.
