Our office is located at 13/183, Chaithra in Thalassery, which is in the Thrissur district. The pin code is 679532. We’ve been here for a bit now, working under the name Kokonet Solutions. It’s a small operation, mostly focused on providing solutions for various tech needs. The building is a regular one, nothing that stands out too much on the street. Inside, it’s just a few rooms filled with desks and computers. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just do the work that comes to us. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we have to handle the support calls ourselves. It gets a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. Thrissur is a good place to be, even if the summers are a bit much sometimes. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We are just a local business trying to stay afloat and do a good job for the people who hire us. There’s a lot of tea drinking and talking about the day's work. It’s a simple life. We keep our overhead low and focus on the tasks at hand. It's not perfect, but it's our way of doing business in this part of Kerala. We like it. Sometimes we even work on the weekends if things get backed up.
