Hatchway Designers & Developers is based at Cc50/1339E in Kodai Tower. You’ll find us right behind Changampuzha Park in Edapally. It’s a nice area to work in because of the park nearby. We focus on design and development projects, so our office is usually full of drawings, blueprints, and computer screens. We aren’t a giant corporation; we’re just a group of people who like building things and figuring out how spaces should look. Most of our day is spent working on plans or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes we are out at construction sites getting our shoes dusty. We’ve been in Kodai Tower for a bit now and we like the location. It’s easy for clients to reach us, and having the park right there is good for a walk when the work gets a bit much. We deal with the practical side of building—making sure things are sturdy and look the way they’re supposed to. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take a project and try to get it done properly. People come to us with an idea, and we try to put it on paper and then make it real. It involves a lot of back and forth and some long hours, but that’s the nature of development work in Edapally. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task until it's finished.
