Kerala Travel House

Kerala Travel House sits in V.J. Tower, which is very close to the KSRTC Bus Stand in Ernakulam. We are also right near the flyover in the Gandhinagar area. It’s a very loud and busy part of town because of all the buses coming and going at all hours. You can hear the engines and the horns all day long from our office. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and the location makes it easy for travelers who are already at the bus station to find us. The tower is a familiar landmark for most people living around here. Our office isn’t anything special to look at; it’s just a room with desks, some old calendars on the wall, and stacks of paper. We spend most of our time dealing with people who are in a hurry or trying to figure out their next trip. Being so close to the flyover means there’s always a shadow or a bit of dust, but it’s part of the Ernakulam life. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We just open up in the morning, make some tea, and start answering the phone. Gandhinagar is a good place to be if you like being in the center of the action. It gets a bit overwhelming when the rains come and the traffic slows down to a crawl, but we just sit tight and keep working through it. It is just a regular office day for us.
