Keind Techno Labs Private Limited

This office is set up in a place belonging to Varghees in Karuvatta. The address is Parambil, which is in the Alappuzha district. It’s quite a long way from the big IT parks. Keind Techno Labs Private Limited is basically working out of this house in the Karthikappally area. It’s a very green part of Kerala, with lots of coconut trees and narrow roads. The post office is Karuvatta PO. We have a couple of rooms where we’ve put our desks and chairs. It’s not a corporate building with an elevator or a lobby. You just walk in. The humidity can be quite high, especially during the monsoon months, so we keep the fans on full speed. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of us typing and the occasional bus passing by on the road outside. We have our files organized on some old wooden shelves. It’s a quiet life here in Alappuzha. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just need a place with power and an internet connection to get things done. Varghees is the person we coordinate with for the space. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the lane to get some fresh air. It’s a humble setup, but it serves its purpose for us. We don’t have a big marketing team or a shiny logo on the wall. It’s just a local office in a quiet village.
