Intioz Technologies Private Limited

Intioz Technologies Private Limited is located over in Kakkanad, specifically in the Mavelipuram Colony. We are at Plot No. 155, in a place called Sauhrid. The door number is 7/538. Kakkanad is a big hub in Ernakulam, but being in the colony makes it feel a bit more private and quiet than the main road. We started this place because we wanted a spot that wasn’t too cramped. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet for the neighbors. We walk in every morning, say hello to the people next door, and get to work. The office is pretty basic. We have a few rooms with desks and some old fans that hum while we work. It’s not the kind of place with a gym or a cafeteria. We usually bring our own lunch or go out to one of the small eateries nearby. The traffic in Kochi can be a nightmare, but once you get inside the colony, it’s not so bad. We’ve been at Sauhrid for a while now. It feels like a solid place to be based. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a big glass front or expensive furniture. We just need a good internet connection and some space to think. It’s a straightforward setup for a group of people who just want to get their work finished. We just do our best with what we have.
