Ikon Tours And Travels is based over at No 39/4325 on Manikkiri Cross Road. If you know the Pallimukku area in Ernakulam, you probably know where we are. It’s a quiet enough street for being so central. We deal with all sorts of travel arrangements. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just one that gets things done properly. People come in with an idea of where they want to go, and we spend the afternoon looking at schedules and prices to see what fits. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls, honestly. We handle the bookings so families or workers don't have to stress about the details. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and that’s when we have to work a bit harder to fix things for people. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The office is simple, nothing too flashy. We have our desks and some chairs for when customers stop by to talk about their plans. We mostly focus on making sure the dates line up and the tickets are valid. It's just a regular local business. We like being in Pallimukku because it’s easy for people to find us.
