We work out of House No 35 in Vanilla Grove, which is part of the Synthite Realty development. It’s located in Moosaripady, Kolenchery. The area is quite nice and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant place to come to every day. The house itself is a modern build, and we use the ground floor for most of our operations. It has a very residential feel, which helps keep things relaxed. We don't have any big meetings or formal presentations here. It’s mostly just us sitting around our laptops and talking through things as they come up. The neighborhood is quiet, so we don't get many distractions. There is a small garden area out front that we try to keep tidy, though none of us are particularly good at gardening. Inside, the furniture is pretty basic—just some sturdy tables and chairs we bought when we first moved in. Kolenchery is a bit of a drive for some of us, but it’s worth it for the peaceful environment. We don't have a big staff, so we all know each other well. It’s a very informal atmosphere where anyone can speak up. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a simple setup and it fits our needs perfectly for now. We even have a list of who is supposed to water the plants each week.
