Hymotiv Private Limited

Hymotiv Private Limited is tucked away in 12 B of the Noel Signature Flats. It is right on Info Park Road in the Kusumagiri area of Kakkanad. Since we are in an apartment building, it does not feel like a typical workplace. We have a small kitchen where someone is usually making tea or coffee, and the living room area is where most of the work happens. The balcony gives us a view of the road, which is always packed with cars heading toward the IT parks. It’s pretty noisy outside, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and some shelves filled with old files and spare chargers. Most of us are from around Ernakulam, so we are used to the humidity and the sudden rain showers that happen in Kerala. We don't have a big sign outside or a front desk with a secretary. If you come by, you just ring the bell and one of us will let you in. It’s a very casual environment. We wear regular clothes and don't really bother with formal meetings unless we absolutely have to. The chairs are comfortable enough, and there is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We just focus on getting through the daily list and then we all head out before the evening traffic gets too bad.
