Our workspace is situated at TC 7/1980/6 in Chitranagar, which is in the Pangode area near Thirumala PO. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood in Thiruvananthapuram with the pin code 695006. The office itself is quite modest. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some old chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who have been working together for a few years now. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, which is a big plus. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we usually take turns tidying up the place on Friday afternoons. It's a very low-key environment. We don't do big presentations or have fancy boardrooms. We just gather around a desk and talk about what needs to be fixed. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a bit cramped when we’re all there, but it’s fine. We like being in this part of Thiruvananthapuram because it feels more like a community than a business district. We’re just regular folks doing our tech work and trying to stay out of the rain. There’s nothing flashy about Hydsoft, and we’re perfectly okay with that simple reality.
